Because our products are cosmetics intended for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, shade preference, or on products purchased during promotional periods. This helps us protect the quality and hygiene of every OD Beauty product.

We carefully prepare and inspect every order before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@odbeauty.paris. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and help you find the appropriate solution.

If a return is necessary, we will provide the return instructions and address privately by email. Please do not send any products without contacting us first.

This policy does not affect any rights that may apply under local consumer-protection laws.
